Our Story
DM Carts was founded by two brothers who desired to find a way to make their daily tasks on the farm less difficult and more productive. Derek and Mike Gaerke grew up on a turkey farm in mid-west Ohio. Turkey farming can be very labor intensive. The physical demands of lifting and carrying the turkeys takes a toll on long term farmers, such as themselves. In order to make their jobs more efficient and ergonomic, they began fabricating a new cart in their shop. They have since developed a patent pending product that streamlines their daily tasks and greatly reduces the strain to their bodies. Today the G-10 Conveyor Cart is in multiple states all across America and has evolved into other models to provide a wide range of applications outside of turkey farming.

A Humble Beginning
DM Carts started in a modest covered area outside of their farm's workshop. This location, at one time, stored the farm's John Deere 4430 and Feed Grinder. These pictures show DM Carts' very first bulk order being assembled. It turns out that grain bins serve more than one purpose. Not only do they store grain, they also work great for holding up DM Carts during production! Since then, the brothers have repurposed an old hog barn on the farm where DM Carts now manufactures and assembles all of their products.
